In-studio commissions are designed for couples, individuals, and brands who want meaningful keepsakes or gifting pieces created with care. From engraved perfume bottles to handwritten vows, each piece is crafted by hand and delivered directly to you.

All commissions require a $250 minimum investment, which includes standard U.S. shipping and careful packaging.

Every commission is created with artistry and intention, whether it’s a bottle engraved to mark a milestone, handwritten vows framed as an heirloom, or a curated gifting suite for your most important clients.

Engraved Keepsakes

  • Perfume Bottles → beginning at $65 each

  • Candles → beginning at $55 each

  • Wine & Champagne Glasses → beginning at $35 each (minimum set of two)

  • Wine Bottles → beginning at $95 each (local pickup only)

Handwritten Calligraphy

  • Vows, Poetry, or Love Notes → beginning at $50

Corporate & Gifting Suites

  • Small-batch gifting (10–15 pieces) beginning at $500+

  • Larger gifting suites custom quoted to fit the scope and occasion

FAQs

  • Most commissions include engraved glass or metal (wine bottles, fragrance, glassware, ornaments) and handwritten calligraphy (vows, scripture, poems). If you have something specific in mind, I’ll confirm whether it can be customized.

  • For keepsakes and gifts, I recommend at least 3–4 weeks’ notice. Rush commissions may be possible depending on availability, though a rush fee may apply.

  • Clients are responsible for shipping items to the studio, including insurance and tracking. White Lotus Lettering covers the cost of return shipping as part of your minimum investment.

    While every precaution is taken, White Lotus Lettering is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend insured shipping for all items.
