Behind the Scenes at the Regale Winery Wedding Showcase

Yesterday I had the joy of being part of the Regale Winery Wedding Showcase, and let me tell you—it was such a beautiful day. From the moment we pulled into the rolling vineyards, I knew it was going to be something special. Regale has that rare mix of intimacy and grandeur; the kind of place where every view feels like a celebration in itself.

I set up my table with pieces from my portfolio—engraved shot glasses, calligraphy place cards, and a few signage designs—so couples could see and touch the details that bring a wedding vision to life. But the real highlight was sharing live artistry. Guests stopped by my table to watch as I engraved glassware and hand-lettered personalized fans. And let me tell you, it was hot, honey—those fans were a hit! There’s always something magical about creating right in front of people, and I loved watching their faces light up as their names and words appeared in real time.

Another favorite part of the day was meeting so many talented “friendors” in person. I finally got to connect with Elena Illustrated, whose bespoke illustrations bring such charm and whimsy to events. I also spent time with Yiventful Co., a planner with such vision and energy. And Xie Studios was there showcasing her laser-cut wedding signage and stationery. These kinds of connections are what make this industry feel like a community instead of just a collection of vendors. We also stopped by FlowSnap Photo Booth for a quick photo op!

And of course, I couldn’t have done it all without my husband, who graciously took on the role of assistant for the day. He drove us out there (allowing me to fully embrace my passenger princess era), helped with setup, and supported me every step of the way. Having him alongside me made the whole experience not only smoother but funner.

Walking away from this showcase, I feel so grateful—for the new connections, the chance to introduce couples to my work in person, and the opportunity to share the heart of what I do. Events like these aren’t just about bookings; they’re about showing people the artistry, intention, and love that goes into every engraved glass and every handwritten detail.

Here’s to more opportunities to share my craft, and to the beautiful stories waiting to unfold at places like Regale.
