A New Chapter for White Lotus Lettering: Rebranding, Renewal, and Motherhood
White Lotus Lettering began as a love letter to my younger self—the girl who spent hours drawing letters, making handmade gifts, and quietly crafting in her room. She believed that beauty mattered, even in the smallest details.
This business grew out of her heart, her curiosity, and her wonder. And over the last three years, that quiet love has blossomed into something I never could have imagined: a brand that serves couples, planners, and businesses with luxury calligraphy, custom signage, and now live engraving experiences.
This year felt like the right time to pause, reflect, and realign. My artistry had evolved, and it was time for my brand and website to reflect the level of intention and refinement I now bring to every project. What I didn’t know was that this rebrand would unfold alongside an even greater transformation: stepping into motherhood.
Falling in Love with Engraving
Last year, I picked up my first engraving tool and instantly fell in love. The precision, the permanence, the way a simple bottle or perfume transforms into a keepsake captivated me. I knew immediately it belonged in my business.
For years, I played a mostly behind-the-scenes role—designing signage suites and day-of details that couples cherished. I loved that work, but I also longed for more direct connection with the people experiencing it.
Engraving gave me that. Now, I step on site at weddings and events to engrave and letter live. Guests watch as artistry happens right in front of them, and I get to see their joy in real time. That shift—from quiet creation in the background to interactive artistry in the moment—has been one of the most exciting parts of this new chapter.
The Branding Shoot (and an Unexpected Surprise)
Photography by Donna & Matthew
Before launching the new website, I worked with Donna and Matthew Photography on a branding shoot. I wanted images that reflected the timeless elegance of calligraphy and the elevated experiences I now offer.
What I didn’t know then was that just weeks later, I’d find out I was pregnant.
Looking back at those photos now feels surreal. I see an artist dreaming big for her business, unaware she was also about to step into the most beautiful role of her life: motherhood.
Motherhood and a New Perspective

On March 22, my husband and I welcomed our son, Jireh, into the world. Becoming a mother has reshaped how I view beauty, legacy, and time.
Motherhood has deepened the meaning behind everything I create. Every engraved keepsake, every hand-lettered detail, every live calligraphy moment isn’t just décor—it’s a memory made tangible. A legacy you can hold.
Balancing business and baby hasn’t been simple, but it has given me a greater sense of purpose. White Lotus Lettering is no longer just a love letter to my younger self—it’s also a legacy I’m building for my family.
What’s new on the website
This rebrand and website refresh aren’t just about me—they’re for you. Inside the new site, you’ll find:
✨ Luxury calligraphy & signage services, crafted for weddings, events, and brands
✨ Live calligraphy and engraving experiences, designed to captivate your guests in real time
✨ A portfolio of signature work, showcasing both behind-the-scenes details and on-site artistry
Looking ahead
This past year has been one big glow-up—falling head over heels for engraving, giving White Lotus Lettering a fresh new wardrobe (aka this rebrand), and adding “mom” to my job title. No big deal, right?
What started as a love letter to my younger self is now also a love letter to every couple, planner, and brand who believes the little details matter. And I’m just getting started.
So here’s to more champagne bottles engraved, more love stories told in ink, and more memories turned into keepsakes. Because beauty isn’t just for the big moments—it’s for the small, thoughtful ones too.
If you’re planning a wedding, event, or brand experience and want calligraphy or live engraving that feels personal, elevated, and unforgettable—I’d love to create something meaningful for you.
Here’s to new beginnings, fresh ink, and a whole lot of stories still waiting to be written. ✨
